At Alivra Medical, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible:

The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it.

It must be in the original packaging with all accessories/manuals included.

To start a return, contact us at Alivramedical@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the product arrived damaged or defective).
3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

4. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

Gift cards or downloadable products (if applicable)

5. Warranty Claims
If your product develops a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please refer to our Warranty Policy under the Terms & Conditions.
6. Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
