At Alivra Medical, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible:

    • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it.

    • It must be in the original packaging with all accessories/manuals included.

  • To start a return, contact us at Alivramedical@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.


2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the product arrived damaged or defective).


3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need to exchange for the same item, contact us at Alivramedical@gmail.com.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Gift cards or downloadable products (if applicable)

  • Items returned after the 30-day window


5. Warranty Claims

If your product develops a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please refer to our Warranty Policy under the Terms & Conditions.


6. Shipping Returns

  • You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

  • For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
